Cannoli Flats & Cannoli Crumbs – A twist on our traditional cannoli shells, our Cannoli Flats™ are perfect for party and holiday platters and their unique shape and size are ideal for dipping in cannoli cream. Our finely ground cannoli crumbs are an innovative way to incorporate cannoli in any dessert. With just the right balance of sweetness, they make for the perfect base for pie crusts, cakes and toppings.
Tiramisu – Our Tiramisu is made from a delicate mix of the finest mascarpone and heavy cream over a bed of espresso-soaked lady fingers. An Italian specialty, this tasty Tiramisu is sure to take your taste buds on an experience all their own.
Sfogliatelle – Over 75 years of production has allowed us to perfect this traditional favorite. Our flaky, clam shaped, multi-layered shell is filled with moist ricotta cheese and finely diced fruit. As unusual as the pastry itself, it can be served at breakfast or lunch or as an after-dinner delicacy.
Lobster Tail – Like our Sfogliatelle, this triangular shaped pastry has a deliciously flaky, multi-layered shell and once baked, is ready to be filled with a cream of your choice. Chefs may also use this pastry as a dinner novelty for some of their favorite entrees, such as cold salads, chicken and fish salads, potato fillings and cold cut sandwiches.
Cannoli Cream – To make our Cannoli Cream, we start with the finest ricotta impastata and gently fold in our premium ingredients and flavors. Our array of cannoli cream includes Classic Vanilla, Chocolate, Pistachio, Espresso, Pumpkin and Peppermint.
Éclair & Creampuff Pastry Shells – Our traditional pastry choux are all natural and are ready to be filled and decorated. The choice is yours!
