Descended from the prestigious Tajima strain of cattle—the same lineage used for Japan’s famous Kobe beef—our meat is not only a culinary delicacy but also offers unique health benefits.
Wagyu naturally possesses a high concentration of beneficial Omega 3 and 6 fatty acids and contains up to three times more monounsaturated fats than standard beef. We are proud partners with the only Wagyu ranch in Southern Chile, where the centuries-old craft of raising grass-fed cattle produces the finest beef in the world. Our animals are raised without antibiotics or growth hormones in a pristine environment that mirrors the climate of Kobe, Japan.
